Terms and conditions of sale
Purpose
These terms govern the provision of the Ystura CRM service: tailor-made design and development of a CRM, hosting, maintenance, support and evolutions, as scoped in the proposal given to the client.
Quotes and orders
Every order follows a written proposal based on the business description provided by the client. The proposal states the scope, timeline and all-inclusive annual price. The order is firm upon receipt of the signed proposal.
Price and payment
The subscription is annual, payable per the proposal schedule. Prices are in euros, excluding tax. No hidden fees: initial development, updates and support are included in the agreed price.
Hosting and availability
The service is hosted at the client’s choice: by Ystura in France, with regular automatic backups, or on-premise on the client’s servers. Maintenance is scheduled to minimise interruptions; planned downtime is announced.
Data and reversibility
The client’s data remains their exclusive property and is technically isolated. The client may request a full export of their data at any time, in a usable format, unconditionally and with no exit fees. Upon cancellation, data is kept for 30 days then deleted, unless the client requests otherwise.
Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Cancellation does not affect the right to export data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, jurisdiction lies with the competent French courts.
