Why we wrote this CRM

Ystura is a software studio. Our historic craft: building tailor-made tools for companies whose trade fits no off-the-shelf software. Years of firms, craftspeople, agencies — and always the same finding.

The finding: generic CRMs ask people to translate their trade into “leads” and “opportunities”, then to type every piece of information twice. The outcome is familiar: an empty tool by month three, and a mailbox quietly becoming the real system again.

So we turned the problem around. Instead of adapting the trade to the software, we built a proven code base that our team adapts to every trade: you describe your business, we design the architecture with you, we develop and we deploy. One CRM and one deployment per client — hosted by Ystura or on your servers.

This product is our conviction: bespoke shouldn’t be a luxury. A proven base and a team that adapts — if your trade steps outside the boxes, it’s the tool that should bend.
