Data collected
The “Describe my CRM” form collects only the information you send us: your business description, name, email and company (optional). No data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose and retention
This data is used exclusively to answer your request and send you the proposed architecture. It is kept for at most 24 months, then deleted. It is neither sold, nor transferred to third parties, nor used for commercial purposes.
Audience measurement
The website may use cookie-free, personal-data-free audience measurement. No consent banner is required.
Data security
Depending on the chosen hosting, data lives on our French infrastructure (hosted mode) or on your own servers (on-premise mode). It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and protected by strict access controls.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data. To exercise them, write to contact@ystura.com — we answer within 30 days at the latest.
