Terms of use
Purpose
These terms define how users access and use the Ystura CRM service under a subscription taken by their company. They complement the terms of sale, which remain applicable.
Access to the service
The service is available from a web browser, the provided mobile apps and add-ins. The publisher strives to ensure continuous availability, outside announced planned maintenance and cases of force majeure. Maintenance and updates are included.
Accounts and security
Each user has personal credentials and is responsible for keeping them confidential and not sharing them. Permissions (roles, data scopes) are defined by the client account administrator.
Acceptable use
Users shall not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access to other accounts or infrastructure, or act in any way that compromises the security or availability of the service.
Intellectual property
The client retains full ownership of the data they import. The software and its code remain the publisher’s property; the code developed specifically for the client is licensed to them under the service. The Ystura name and brand may not be used without written authorisation.
Suspension
In case of a serious breach of these terms (notably fraudulent use or prolonged non-payment), access may be suspended after notification, without prejudice to the publisher’s rights. The right to export data remains guaranteed wherever possible.
